In this program, that happens through a combination of mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, and nervous system education. You learn why your system responds the way it does, and you build practical skills to regulate it in real time.

  • It functions as one, yes, though it goes broader than burnout alone. Many participants come in navigating burnout alongside grief, life transitions, anxiety, or a general sense of being stuck. The program works with the nervous system as the underlying factor in all of these, which makes it effective across a range of experiences rather than being limited to one presenting issue.

  • Yes. All sessions are live and online, which means you can participate from anywhere. The live format is intentional, this is not pre-recorded content. It is a relational, real-time experience that requires your presence and benefits from the group dynamic.

  • No prior experience is needed. The program is designed to meet you where you are. The initial assessment call helps Imad understand your background and tailor the support accordingly.
