Reiki Level I & II Training
For Practitioners & Wellness Professionals
Learn to carry one of the most quietly powerful healing tools there is.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice rooted in the understanding that the body has an innate capacity to heal itself. Working with the body's own intelligence — through intention, presence, and the laying on of hands — Reiki supports the nervous system in returning to a state of rest, safety, and self-repair.
Once you carry it, you carry it for life.
Who this is for
You do not need a background in energy work. You need a genuine pull toward it.
This training is open to anyone who feels called to explore Reiki — as a personal practice, a professional tool, or both.
This training is for you if:
You are drawn to energy healing and want a grounded, accessible entry point
You work in wellness, bodywork, or healthcare and want to integrate energetic awareness into your practice
You are navigating your own healing journey and want practical tools you can use every day
You feel called to offer Reiki sessions to others
Reiki Master Training
For Reiki Practitioners
The practice deepens. So does the responsibility.
The Reiki Master Training is for practitioners who have completed Levels I & II and feel called to go further — not just as a credential, but as a deepening of their relationship with the practice itself. At this level, the work becomes less about technique and more about embodiment. You are not learning something new so much as stepping more fully into what you already carry.
This training is for you if:
You have completed Reiki I & II and feel a genuine pull toward the Master level
You are drawn to the idea of eventually attuning others and passing the lineage forward
Reiki has become a living part of your practice, not just a skill you use occasionally
You are ready to hold this work with greater depth, integrity, and presence
The Experience
The environment I create is grounded, supportive, and safe. Not just physically, but in how people feel when they are in the room.
I am deeply attentive to where people are as they move through this work. A Reiki attunement is not just a technique transfer — it is an experience. The space I hold for this training is the same space I bring to every session: present, unhurried, and genuinely safe.
I lead not through authority, but through example, integrity, and devotion to the work. This is a space where depth is valued over performance, and where every practitioner — regardless of where they start — is held with genuine care and attention.

Meet Your Reiki Teacher,
Imad Khaddaj
I have been practicing and studying Reiki for over a decade — alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tibetan Buddhism, somatic movement, breathwork, Yin Yoga, and thousands of hours of teaching and holding space for others.
What I bring to this training is not just knowledge. It is devotion. I became a certified personal trainer and breathwork facilitator. I have devoted years to meditation retreats and mindfulness practice. This work is not something I picked up along the way. I built my life around it.
More than any certification, what sets my teaching apart is the integrity, discipline, and depth with which I show up. This is not a career for me. It is a lifelong path.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality based on the principle that the body has its own energetic system that can become blocked or dysregulated through stress, trauma, or illness. A Reiki practitioner works with this system through gentle touch or near-body hand positions, supporting the body's natural capacity to regulate and release. Sessions are deeply restful and the ability to offer them begins with receiving your own attunement.
-
An attunement is the process through which a Reiki Master opens and aligns a student's energy channels to receive and channel Reiki. It is not something that can be learned from a book, it is transmitted directly, from teacher to student, in person. Each level of Reiki training includes its own attunement. Level I opens the channel. Level II deepens it and introduces the symbols. The Master attunement is the final transmission, completing the lineage.
-
Level I is the foundation — you receive your first attunement and learn the principles, hand positions, and how to offer Reiki to yourself and those close to you. Level II deepens the practice, introduces the Reiki symbols, and expands your ability to offer sessions more formally. The Master level is for those who feel called to fully embody the practice and eventually attune others. Each level builds on the last. The combined Level I & II Training covers both in one immersive experience.
-
No. The Level I & II Training is designed to be a complete foundation. No prior experience with Reiki or energy work is required. What matters is a genuine interest in the practice and a willingness to show up with an open mind. Many students come with no background at all. Others come with years of personal exploration. The training meets both.
-
Reiki is used to support stress reduction, anxiety, grief, emotional heaviness, chronic tension, and nervous system dysregulation. It is not a replacement for medical care, but many people find it a meaningful complement, particularly when navigating life transitions, burnout, or periods of emotional overwhelm. As a practitioner, understanding what Reiki supports helps you hold space more effectively for the people you work with.
-
The current format is in-person in Ottawa. Reiki attunements are transmitted directly between teacher and student. The in-person format is not just a preference, it is how the lineage is properly passed. Online options are not currently available for this training.
-
Graduates of the Level I & II Training receive their Reiki certification and join the Grounded Movement community, with first access to advanced trainings, immersives, and future offerings. Those who feel called to continue may apply for the Reiki Master Training. There is no pressure to teach immediately. Many graduates integrate the practice into their own daily lives first, and let it deepen naturally over time.
