This retreat is rooted in ancient wisdom and modern healing practices, thoughtfully woven together to guide you through a deep journey of self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment.

🌸 The Flow of the Day

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Opening Ceremony

We begin by arriving in sacred space together. This grounding welcome includes introductions, gentle heart-opening rituals, flower offerings, sage smudging, and intentional sharing. Enjoy a selection of herbal teas, juices, or simply water as we settle into the energy of the day.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Breathwork Journey

This guided breathwork session is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and help you reconnect with your body. Through conscious breathing techniques, you’ll explore emotional release, energetic flow, and embodied presence. Many participants experience clarity, emotional breakthroughs, and a deeper sense of inner peace through this work.

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Journaling + Nourishment

After the breathwork, we slow down with reflective journaling prompts to help you integrate the experience. Light snacks will be provided to nourish your body and keep your energy grounded.

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Traditional Sweat Lodge + Chakra Cleansing

Step into an authentic Indigenous Sweat Lodge Ceremony led by a respected Indigenous elder who has been holding this sacred practice for most of her life. In this powerful ritual, you’ll be guided through rounds of purification using heat, steam, prayer, and sacred songs to release toxins — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Immediately following the sweat lodge, we will move into a Chakra Cleansing Ritual using cold water, traditional flowers, and medicinal herbs to support energetic realignment and renewal. This practice is both refreshing and symbolic — washing away what no longer serves, while opening the energy centers to deeper clarity, balance, and flow.

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Vegetarian Meal + Integration Time

After emerging from the sweat lodge, take time to refresh, change clothes, and enjoy a wholesome vegetarian meal made from local, seasonal fruits and vegetables. This is a moment to reconnect, reflect, and allow your body to recalibrate.

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Yin Yoga with Massage & Reiki

This deeply restorative session combines the long-held stillness of Yin Yoga with hands-on Massage and Reiki energy healing. While you’re in each pose, you’ll receive intuitive massage and energetic touch to help release tension, move stagnant Qi, and soothe the nervous system. It’s a full-body experience of surrender, restoration, and energetic harmony.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Closing Fire Ceremony

We end our day gathered around the fire — reflecting, releasing, and realigning. You’ll have the chance to write down and burn something you wish to let go of, symbolizing a release of the old. Then, we’ll guide you in planting a seed — an energetic intention to take the lessons and healing from this day into your everyday life. This is a spiritual, heartfelt closure to an expansive day.

Diane Boots

My Mohawk name is Kon Wa Hawi (they carry her) Bear Clan, I reside in the Mohawk territory of Akwesasne, a community who is divided by Ontario, Quebec and New York State boarders.

I am married to a wonderful husband, who encourages my growth and supports all my adventures for 37 years. We are blessed with two daughters who also work in our community as a Student Counselor and at our Senior Center as a Coordinator. They enrich our lives with six grandchildren, who are very compassionate towards others and community orientated and know their language and traditions.

I am a Meta-Physician, Shaman, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Ordained Minister, Imago Relationship Educator, Reiki Master, Pilates Teacher, and Yoga Teacher.

With over a decade of experience, Imad merges the physical, energetic, and meditative dimensions of yoga. As an E-RYT 300, Reiki practitioner and Tui Na massage practitioner, he blends expertise in Yin Yoga, acupressure, and body mechanics with a strong commitment to mindfulness and nervous system regulation.

Through meditation, mindfulness, and intentional movement, he empowers students to explore their inner energies, understand the body's mechanics, and cultivate holistic well-being. His teaching focuses not only on postures but also on creating a balanced and healing experience for each individual.
